Kaylee Faile (Women's Soccer) and David Cervantes (Men's Soccer) are the honorees for the month of October.
"Although many of our student athletes are off to fantastic starts this semester at Wake Tech, we are proud to highlight a men's team and women's team student athlete of the month," Athletic Director Robin Pate said. "These two young people represent the culture Wake Tech Eagles try to portray throughout their class work and training and competition on the court and field. Congrats to Kaylee and David on being our October 2025 Student-Athlete Spotlights!"
Kaylee Faile, Women's Soccer
Faile has had an incredible freshman season leading the line for Wake tech women's soccer. She's recorded nine goals in 10 games played, and received first team All-Region honors.

That tournament is played in Millbrook, Ala. with the winner advancing to the NJCAA Division II Women's Soccer Championship in Wichita, Kan. the following week.
