Eagles Shut Out By Pitt CC, 6-0
The Eagles fell 6-0 in Game 2 to Pitt CC in Winterville, NC on Saturday.
Bechler got the win for Pitt CC. He pitched five shutout innings. Bechler struck out nine, walked two and gave up two hits.
Pitt CC's Henrickson, Vankern and Walter combined for six hits and four RBIs.
Damon Ellis was charged with the loss. He allowed six runs in five innings, walked one and struck out six.
Pitt CC stayed on top until the final out after taking the lead in the first, scoring five runs on a three-run double by Walter.
