Volleyball: Eagles sign Lauren Slusher from Wakefield

Lauren Slusher will be a 2018 graduate of 4A Wakefield High School. Ms. Slusher was the starting Libero for the Wolverines who finished the season as conference champs and made it to the 3rd round of the state playoffs. Her team recorded an 18-6 overall record and a conference record of 9-1. Lauren recorded 5.9 digs/set and 467 total for her senior season (stats from maxpreps). 

 

Head coach Stephanie Sports is thrilled for her addition, "Lauren is a great addition to our program. She digs well and as she gets better at reading she will be even more frustrating for our opponents hitters. She's also going to help us clean up our serve receive to provide our offense with more options. I look forward to coaching her!"
