Cheerleader Barrett Wall Leading By Example

Barrett Wall opened up to Creech Road Elementary School students in Garner about the importance of sticking to your goals.

On Friday, April  29, 2016, cheerleader, Barrett Wall, visited Creech Road Elementary School in Garner. She spoke to 5th graders participating in a mentoring, goal setting program.  Barrett discussed how she overcame adversities while in secondary school, her experience as a Wake Tech student and cheerleader, and the perseverance it took to attend college.  She provided the students with resourceful tips and guidance on how to achieve their goals and become a great leader.
 
Coach Tammy Stephenson says "Barrett is a great role model and makes every effort to bring positive energy and an overall attitude of focus and dedication to any circumstance".
